EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT MACHINERY

Present in Chad for sixteen years, ATLAS TCHAD has a high-performance production unit including two fixed concrete batching plants with a combined production capacity of more than 500 m3 per day, as well as three mobile concrete plants, a Merlo self-loading concrete mixer, a sand washing machine, and two block-making machines, providing a production capacity of 10,000 blocks per day.

The company also has a wide range of site equipment and machinery, including mechanical power trowels (helicopters), vibrating screeds, and a substantial inventory of formwork and scaffolding.

ATLAS TCHAD operates a fleet of machinery and equipment that enables us to carry out a large part of our work with our own resources, while relying on highly qualified collaborators who are fully committed to project delivery.

Its vehicle fleet includes more than ten mixer trucks for transporting ready-mix concrete to job sites, five concrete pumps with a vertical reach of 42 meters, five semi-tipper trailers, Caterpillar loaders, and various other specialized equipment adapted to the demands of the most complex works.

A DEDICATED WORKFORCE

We have a workforce made up of highly qualified civil engineering professionals with solid experience across various fields, particularly infrastructure and construction.

Our sites are supervised by seasoned technicians, supported by specialized teams organized by area of expertise: earthworks, masonry, reinforced concrete works, structural works, as well as ready-mix concrete production and placement.

This organization allows us to intervene efficiently on all types of projects while strictly meeting quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Our personnel are specifically trained for the execution of complex works, whether involving specific technical constraints, tight deadlines, or innovative construction methods. Our staff also includes team leaders and dynamic, motivated, and creative young engineers capable of ensuring the monitoring and delivery of construction projects of any scale.

In addition, we rely on a network of rigorously selected partners and subcontractors who reinforce our intervention capacity and allow us to rapidly mobilize complementary resources whenever necessary. This organization gives us the flexibility required to successfully deliver large-scale projects while optimizing execution timelines.

Finally, we have our own technical design office and regularly collaborate with specialized firms and recognized consultants in specific fields, particularly geotechnics, concrete mix design studies, and specialized engineering.
